1. About Volvsoft

Volvsoft is a custom manufacturing software development company. We design, build, and integrate ERP, CRM, MES, and operations software for manufacturers. Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW); these Terms apply only to use of the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with the Site’s operation, or use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, copy, graphics, case studies, and the Site’s underlying code — is owned by Volvsoft or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent.

Limited reproduction for internal evaluation by a prospective client is permitted.

4. Submissions & Inquiries

When you submit information through a Site form (including the contact and demo-request forms), the data you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Project details and ideas you share are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

5. No Warranties on Site Content

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep case studies, statistics, and other content accurate and current, Volvsoft does not warrant that Site content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Statistics referenced on the Site (e.g., uptime, throughput improvement) are aggregate measurements across multiple client engagements and are not guarantees of future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volvsoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising under a paid services engagement is governed by the applicable MSA, not these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (Clutch, Glassdoor, HubSpot, social media, etc.). Volvsoft is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

Volvsoft may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to commercial agreements with Volvsoft. Disputes relating to use of the Site will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and through binding arbitration or the courts where Volvsoft is registered if negotiation fails.
